OVERLAY DISTRICT:



Have the staff to look into and explore with the Planning Division, the

possibility of doing an overlay district near the corridor from Williams Road

all the way up; to protect what the developers are trying to accomplish and

what they are creating as far as character in the area as opposed to just

piece-mealing these developments together. (Request of Councilor Davis)

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TOWER:



Have the staff to provide the history of the request of this wireless

communication tower located at 1720 Warm Springs Road which came before the

Council back in 2002. (Request of Mayor Pro Tem Rodgers)



Also, have the staff to provide some pictures for the Council to see where

this tower would be located, as well as what?s near the area. (Request of

Councilor Turner Pugh)
