A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF AN EXISTING STORM

SEWER EASEMENT WITH A KNOWN ADDRESS AS 7995 CREEKLAND DRIVE, SHOWN ON THE

REPLAT FOR LOT 173, BLOCK "B", SECTION III, BIG CREEK SUBDIVISION TO PINNACLE

HOMES, INC.



WHEREAS, the Owner/Developer has requested that a portion of the easement be

abandoned in order to build a house that is similar to those in the

Subdivision; and,



WHEREAS, the remaining portion of the easement meets current standards; and



WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has no other use for the aforementioned portion of

said existing storm sewer easement.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY

RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:



That certain portion of existing storm sewer easement known as 7995 Creekland

Drive, shown on replat for Lot 173, Block "B", Section III, Big Creek

Subdivision, lying in Land Lot 61, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia be relinquished to the above property owners.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the

1st_day of _April, 2003, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of

____members of said Council.
