CONSENT AGENDA
(1) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning approximately 0.32 acres of property located
at 1105 and 1109 19th Street from an R-3A District to a C-3 District.
(48-CA-02-Cummings) (Councilor Suber) (Both the Planning Advisory Commission
and the Planning Division recommend conditional approval.)
(2) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning approximately 0.16 acres of property located at 1101
19th Street from an A-O District to a C-3 District. (49-CA-02-Cummings)

(4) 2nd Reading ? Amending the FY03 adopted budget, beginning July 1, 2002 and
ending June 30, 2003, by reappropriating funds for activities continued from

(5) STREET ACCEPTANCE - VILLAGE LOOP
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to
Village Loop located in Section Eight, Kirkwood Subdivision. The
Department of Engineering has inspected this street and recommends the
acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are included.

(a) Petition submitted by Tiger Creek Development, Inc., to rezone
approximately 13 acres of property located at 6801 Warm Springs Road

Scope of Bid
Provide welding and fabrication services on an ?as needed? basis for
various facilities and equipment owned by the City. The term of the contract
period shall be for one year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional
twelve-month periods, if agreeable to both parties.
2. Pest Control Services (Annual Contract) ? Bid No. 03-0019
Scope of Bid
Provide pest control services for eighty-three (83) City owned
buildings. Contract requirements include the control of pests (plus mites,
ticks and spiders), rodents and reptiles. The term of the contract period
shall be for one year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional
twelve-month periods, if agreeable to both parties.
3. Commercial Trash Loader ? Bid No. 03-0015
Scope of Bid
Provide Two (2) Commercial Trash Loader Units to be used by the Integrated
Waste Division of the Public Services Department.

services on an ?as needed basis?. The term of contract shall be for two years,

negotiating consultant to accommodate property owners or schedule let dates
during the acquisition program on an ?as needed basis?. The term of contract
shall be for two years, with an option to renew for three additional
twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual
agreement of the City and the Contractor.
3. Surveillance Equipment for Government Center Complex - RFP No. 03-0012
Scope of RFP
