AN ORDINANCE
NO. ________
An Ordinance amending Ordinance #01-109 that amended certain
conditions in Ordinance #00-5 that amended certain conditions in Ordinance
#98-109 that amended certain boundaries of a district located east of Armour
Road and immediately east of Interstate 185 between Airport Thruway and
Manchester Expressway. The purpose of this amendment is to amend condition
numbers 2 and 3.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
Ordinance Number 01-109 is hereby amended by deleting the first
sentence of Condition numbers 2 and 3 and replacing the first sentence of
Condition numbers 2 and 3 with the following:
2. The street that serves the entire site known as Land Lease #3 shall not
exceed 2800 trips per day (1400 trips in / 1400 trips out) as per the traffic
studies from 1999 and 2001. Only one ?right-turn in? curb cut shall be allowed
on Armour Road. The automotive service businesses shall be required to meet
the requirements of the Buffer Ordinance (Chapter 18A, Article VI of the
Columbus Code of Ordinances).
3. The entire portion of the parcel used for mini-storage facilities
shall be required to meet the requirements of the Buffer Ordinance (Chapter
18A, Article VI of the Columbus Code of Ordinances).
