WHEREAS, Mr. Bobby Phillips, with the Columbus Fire Department, retired on
March 31, 2003;
WHEREAS, Mr. Phillips has been with the Columbus Fire Department since March
18, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. BOBBY PHILLIPS
who has served with the Columbus Fire Department for 25 years. We wish for him
happiness and contentment in his retirement.

March 31, 2003;
WHEREAS, Mr. Allmond has been with the Columbus Police Department since
November 16, 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful

MR. WILBUR E. ALLMOND
who has served with the Columbus Police Department for more than 30 years. We
