An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of

Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3910, 3920, and 4002 Armour Avenue from SFR2 (Single Family

Residential 2) District to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the Department of

Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby amended by

changing the following described property from SFR2 (Single Family Residential

2) District to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated as ?0.355 Ac.? On that certain plat of survey entitled ?Part of Lot

8, Rosemont Subdivision of Property of T.S. Grimes,? dated April 21, 2005,

prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason, & Vinson, Inc., and recorded in Plat Book 154,

Page 73, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.



And



All those lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the State

of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated as ?0.932 AC.? and ?1.371 AC.? on that certain plat of survey

entitled ?Part of Lot 6, Rosemont Subdivision of Property of T.S. Grimes,?

dated March 2, 2005, prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason, & Vinson, Inc., and

recorded in Plat Book 154, Page 61, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on

the 13th day of September, 2005; introduced a second time at a regular meeting

of said Council held on the day of , 2005 and adopted at
