A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CERTIFICATE OF

OWNERSHIP AND AGREEMENT WITH THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE

2004/2005 L.A.R.P. PROGRAM FOR 94 STREETS, TOTALING 18.125 +/- MILES, MUSCOGEE

COUNTY.

WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation has offered L.A.R.P Contracts

for the patching and resurfacing of 94 streets totaling 18.125 miles,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS

FOLLOWS:

That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Certificate of Ownership

and Agreements and subsequent agreements necessary to implement these projects

with the Georgia Department of Transportation for the 2004/2005 L.A.R.P.

Program for 94 streets, totaling 18.125+/- miles, Muscogee County.
