The Columbus, Georgia, Board of Tax Assessors met Wednesday, May 15, 2002, at

2:00PM with Assessors Lawton Grantham, Richard Stallings and Ann Grantham

present. Chairman Breaux was absent. Also present was Chief Appraiser Martin J.

Land



Assessor Richard Stallings made a motion to approve Minutes # 18-02, Assessor

Ann Grantham second it, motion carried unanimously.



The Board approved the conservation use values for the year 2002 and

continuation of conservation use assessment for parcel ID 149 001 004P.
