Subject: Special Exception Use hearing date will be changed



We projected that Special Exception Use for a day care center at St. Thomas

Episcopal Church, 2100 Hilton Avenue and 2500 Woodcrest Drive (contingent upon

rezoning), would be heard on September 9, 2003. The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer

encountered a system crash on Friday, August 15, 2003, and was not able to run

the legal ads. All cases have been pushed back a week including this case. It

will now be heard on September 16, 2003. A staff report will be sent to the

Clerk of Council prior to the Council meeting date.
