REFERRALS FROM MAYOR & COUNCIL
COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 4, 2003
TO THE CITY ATTTORNEY:
HISTORIC DESIGNATION:
Research the State Laws regarding historic designations to find out if the
land is considered to be historic on the same piece of property that the house
or building is located on. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
YELLOW PAGES:
Have the staff to find out the agency responsible for providing and
putting the map of the City in the yellow pages, because the map cuts South
Columbus off at a point, and there is no street or designation going towards
Ft. Benning; this should be corrected. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

STUDY OF REVENUES & EXPENDITURES:
Have the staff to contact the University of Georgia to see if Professor
Jeff Dorthman could conduct a study of revenue generated versus cost and
expenditures to a City as it pertains to development. (Request of Councilor
