Description Have the staff to also have someone to go out and do a study of
Howe Avenue between Blan Street and Avondale Drive; and the area around Luckie
Street to determine whether of not a four-way stop is needed there. (Request of
Councilor Woodson)

Response At this time this area does not meet the accident requirement for a 4
way stop. It is Staffs recommendation, to continue the study during a full
season of pool operations. This will provide date on the increase in traffic
counts.
