A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. ANGELA COLE AS DIRECTOR OF

FINANCE.



WHEREAS, Ms. Angela Cole is the current Deputy Director of the Finance

Department serving as the Interim Director; and,



WHEREAS, the City Manager is recommending Ms. Cole for said position.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:



That Ms. Angela Cole is hereby confirmed as Director of Finance at a Pay Grade

15, annual salary of $60,068 effective January 20, 2004.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council for Columbus, Georgia held the

20th day of January, 2004 and adopted at said meeting by an affirmative vote of
