Description Have the staff to look into and explore with the Planning Division,

the possibility of doing an overlay district near the corridor from Williams

Road all the way up; to protect what the developers are trying to accomplish

and what they are creating as far as character in the area as opposed to just

piece-mealing these developments together. (Councilor Davis)
