Know all men by these presents, That in consideration of the sum of one and no/100 dollars to us in hand paid by John Fiske the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, we do remise, release, quit claim and convey to the said John Fiske all our right, title, interest and claim, in or to the following described land, to-wit: .

FOUR, BILTMORE FOREST
All those lots, tracts, and parcels of land situate, lying and being in
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, being more particularly described as
follows:
Said 10- foot drainage and utility easement as shown along the rear property
line of Lot 2, Block ?C?, Section Four, Biltmore Forest as said lot is shown
upon a map or plat of said subdivision dated July 5th, 1976, prepared by Sigel,
Hobbs and Smith, and recorded in Plat Book 62, Folio 39A in the office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, to which
reference is made for the particular location and dimensions of said easement.
Also providing that all existing utility easements of record remain in effect and providing appropriate width as required by the applicable utility companies will be required for unknown utilities, repealing any confliction ordinances, and for other purposes.
