Know all men by these presents, That in consideration of the sum of one and no/100 dollars to us in hand paid by DANIEL S. BOOTH the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, we do remise, release, quit claim and convey to the said DANIEL S. BOOTH all our right, title, interest and claim, in or to the following described land, to-wit: .
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Land Lot 72
of the 8th Land District of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being
denominated as "1346 Sq. Ft. DANIEL S. BOOTH" on that certain map or plat
attached hereto; made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", and incorporated by
reference herein, to which map or plat reference is herewith made for the more
particular location and dimensions of the property herein quit claimed.
Also providing that all existing utility easements of record remain in effect and providing appropriate width as required by the applicable utility companies will be required for unknown utilities, repealing any confliction ordinances, and for other purposes.
