All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County,
Georgia, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point located at the intersection of the easterly right of way
line of Forest Road and the southerly right of way line of said unopened 50
foot right-of-way; thence running in a southerly direction along the said
southerly right-of-way line a distance of 1300 feet more or less to a point on
the easterly property line of Lot 7, Gleneden;
Thence run in a run northerly direction a distance of 25 feet more or less to a
point on the centerline of said unopened 50 foot right-of-way;
Thence run in a westerly direction along said centerline a distance of 291 feet
more or less to a point;
Thence run in a northerly direction 25 feet more or less to a point on the

Thence run in a westerly direction along the northerly right-of-way line of
said unopened 50 foot right-of-way; 511 more or less to a point on the easterly

Thence run in a southerly direction a distance of 28 feet more or less to a
point on the centerline of said unopened 50 foot right-of-way;
Thence run in a westerly direction along said centerline of the unopened 50
foot right-of-way line a distance of 491 feet more or less to a point;
Thence run in a southerly direction a distance of 25 feet more or less to a
point, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said unopened 50 foot right-of-way is shown on a map or plat titled ?Gleneden
Property of J.T. Fletcher?, prepared by Dan Dull, Engineer Dated May, 1926 and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Columbus, Muscogee
County, Georgia.
Also providing that all existing utilities easements of record remain in effect
and providing appropriate width as required by the applicable utility companies
will be required for unknown utilities, repealing any conflicting ordinances,
and for other purposes.
