Mobley Walk Drive, Mobley Walk Court and the Natural Detention Basin 1.76

Acres, located in Mobley Walk Subdivision has fifty-two residential lots. The

streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance

by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Mobley Walk Drive, Mobley Walk

Court and the Natural Detention Basin 1.76 Acres, located in Mobley Walk

Subdivision. A description of the property is as follows: All those tracts

and parcels of land situate, lying and becoming in the State of Georgia, County

of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and designated on that

certain map or plate entitled "Mobley Walk, Lying in Land Lots 63 & 78, 8th

District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason &

Vinson, Inc., under date of January 5, 2005, a copy of same being recorded in

Plat Book 153, Folios 70, 71 & 72, of the records of the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which plat reference is hereby

made for more specific dimensions, as the following herein described streets,

to-wit: All of Mobley Walk Drive and Mobley Walk Court and any and all

cul-de-sac adjacent to said streets, all as shown on said plat. Together with

all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land being shown as "Natural Detention

Basin 1.76 Acres", as shown on said plat.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Mobley Walk Drive, Mobley Walk Court

and the Natural Detention Basin 1.76 Acres, located in Mobley Walk Subdivision.
