Streator Drive located in Section Three of Mt. Vernon Estates Subdivision has

sixteen residential lots. The Street has been improved and meets required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Streator Drive located in

Section Three of Mt. Vernon Estates Subdivision. A description of the property

is as follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in

Land Lot 143, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia and being that

certain road and road right-of-way, more particularly described as all of

STREATOR DRIVE, as shown on the map or plate entitled "Section Three, Mt.

Vernon Estates, Pat of Land lot 143, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia", dated October 22, 2003 prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc.,

recorded in Plat Book 150, Pages 74 & 75, in the Office of the Clerk of the

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Streator Drive in Section Three of

Mt. Vernon Estates Subdivision.
