Background
Kingsberry Street located in Section Two, Moonlake Subdivision has twenty-two

residential lots. The street has been improved and meets required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Kingsberry Street located in

Section Two, Moonlake Subdivision. A description of the property is as

follows: All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the

State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated on that certain map or plate entitled "Survey of Section Two,

Moonlake Subdivision, Part of Land Lot 11, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia", dated February 6, 2004, last revised March 2, 2004, made by

William A. White, and recorded in Plat Book 151, Page 62, in the office of the

Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Kingsberry Street located in Section

Two, Moonlake Subdivision.
