Pending
Background
The City is in the process of acquiring needed Right of Way and easements for

said City Project. In the process of acquiring the Cliatt Shopping Center, it

was best determined to saving the property is to reverse the parking. To do

that, the City will have to Quit Claim 15 ft. of City property that runs in

front of the mentioned property by making Driveway One Way in and One way out

and angle parking spaces to allow room to back out. There Eleven (11) separate

parcels with separate Tax Map numbers. That will require Eleven (11) Quit

Claims that will have to be executed.
Analysis
Taking this action will save the expense of buying the Shopping Center and

relocate all Tenants
Financial Considerations
The only expense would be Attorney fees for the Quit Claim Deeds
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement
Taking this approach would save all the businesses and the tax base.
