The City owns property currently consisting of 1.12 acres (10 feet wide x 5280
feet in length). The construction of a fence will enable measures of Force
Protection Security to access control points in and around the Fort Benning
military installation.

Analysis
-
The installation of the fence will not interfere with the current use of the
property. The easement would be granted with conditions as provided on the
attached letters. The Government will bear all cost associated with the
construction and continued maintenance of said fence.
