Whitesville Walk Subdivision currently consists of thirty residential lots.

The street has been improved and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been submitted to the City conveying Whitesville Walk Drive located

in Whitesville Walk Subdivision. A description of the property is as

follows: "All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the

State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated on that certain map or plat entitled "Whitesville Walk, Lying in

Land Lot 62, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" prepared by

Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., under date of September 5, 2002, a copy of

same being recorded in Plat Book 147, Folio 72, of the records in the Office of

the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and to which plat

or map reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the street

hereby conveyed."
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Whitesville Walk Drive located in

Whitesville Walk Subdivision.
