That portion of Gleneden Drive located in Creek View has sixteen residential

lots. The street has been improved and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Gleneden Drive

located in Creek View. A description of the property is as follows: The right

of way of Gleneden Drive as shown on the Final Plat for Record of Creek View

Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 155, at page 16 in the Office of the Clerk

of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, being located in Land Lot 23,

9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution by Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to that portion of Gleneden Drive

located in Creek View.
