Background
Warner Court located in Warner Crossing has 17 residential lots. The street

has been improved and meets the required specifications for acceptance by the

City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Warner Court located in Warner

Crossing. A description of the property is as follows: All that tract and

parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,

and comprising of all of Warner Court in that certain subdivision known as

Warner Crossing Subdivision, as said street is shown upon a map or plat of said

subdivision recorded in Plat Book 156, folio 17 in the Office of the Clerk of

the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution by Council.
