Background
Foster Lane located in South Addition, Anglin Court has fourteen residential

lots. The owner has maintained the Detention Basin since its construction.

The street and detention pond have been improved and meets the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
Deeds have been conveyed to the City conveying Foster Lane and the Detention

Pond located in South Addition, Anglin Court. A description of the property is

as follows: All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the

State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated as Detention Pond Lot, and All of Foster Lane and any cul-de-sac

adjacent to said street and being described on that certain map or plat

entitled South Addition to Anglin Court, Lying in Land Lot 28, 8th Land

District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia prepared by Hobbs Smith & Asso.,

Inc., under date of January 18, 2005.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting the deeds to Foster Lane and the Detention

Pond located in South Addition, Anglin Court.
