A deed has been submitted conveying to the City Storage Court, located off
Macon Road, as part of Land Lot 59 & 60, 9th District. Description of the
property is as follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising all of Storage
Court, as said street is shown upon that certain map or plat entitled "Replat
of Part of Land Lots 59 & 60, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,
Georgia," dated January 25, 2002, recorded in Plat Book 145, page 74, in the
Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and to
which map or plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of
the street conveyed hereby.

A RESOLUTION
NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO STORAGE COURT, LOCATED OFF
MACON ROAD, AS PART OF LAND LOTS 59 & 60, 9TH DISTRICT, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS,
GEORGIA.
WHEREAS, a deed has been submitted conveying to Columbus, Georgia , Storage
Court, located off Macon Road, as part of Land Lots 59 & 60, 9th District. a
full description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
WHEREAS, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications
for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street and recommends acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated the _21st_ day of May, 2002, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of Storage Court located off Macon Road, as part of Land Lots 59 &
60, 9th District, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is
hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said
deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held
the
21st day of May, 2002, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of
members of said Council.
