Approve the attached Resolution to authorize the City Manager to execute a Deed \n \n of Correction transferring property to the State of Georgia.

Background
On September 26, 2002, the Consolidated Government delivered to the State of

Georgia, a Quitclaim Deed conveying 23.20 acres of property.
Analysis
It has been noted that the address on the original Quitclaim Deed was not

correct. To properly correct the address it will be necessary to execute a

Corrected Quit Claim Deed.
Financial Considerations
Neither the amount of acreage nor value of the property is changed.

Legal Considerations
Council must approve and authorize the execution of the Deed of Correction.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the attached Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Deed of

Correction.
