Background
Council executed and infrastructure agreement with Columbus Park Crossing, LLC

for the construction of Whittlesey Boulevard and relocation of Adams Farm

Drive. As part of that agreement , the City agreed that any surplus right of

way along Adams Farm Drive was to be deeded to the adjacent property owner Geo.

M. Adams Co. Inc. in exchange for the new right of way.
Analysis
The construction of Whittlesey Boulevard and Adams Farm Drive is now complete

and Council accepted the right of way on July 23, 2002.
Financial Considerations
The quantity of the right of way accepted exceeds the quantity of the right of

way to be quit claimed.

Legal Considerations
A resolution must be approved through Council for the disposal of the property.
