Background
Hawks Ridge Drive, Hawks Ridge Court, and Portion of Osprey Cove Drive located

in Phase Six, River Crest has twenty-seven residential lots. The streets have

been improved and met the required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Hawks Ridge Drive, Hawks Ridge

Court, and Portion of Osprey Cove Drive located in Phase Six, River Crest. A

description of the property is as follows: All those tracts and parcels of

land situate, lying and being in Land Lots 276 & 288, 19th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated on that certain map or

plat entitled "Phase VI, River Crest, Lying in Land Lots 276, & 288, 19th

District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason &

Vinson, Inc., under date of September 22, 2004, a copy of same being recorded

in Plat Book 152, Folio 92 & 93, of the records in the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No city funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Hawks Ridge Drive, Hawks Ridge

Court, and Portion of Osprey Cove Drive located in Phase Six, River Crest.
