Section Five, Peppertree II Subdivision, currently consists of 20 residential

lots. The street has been improved and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been submitted conveying to the City Peppertree Court located in

Section Five, Peppertree II Subdivision. Description of property is as

follows: All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising of all of Peppertree Court

from the existing right of way in that certain subdivision known as Section

Five, Peppertree II Subdivision, as said portion of said street is shown upon a

map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 14-5, folios 118 and 119,

in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia,

and to which map or plat reference is hereby made for a more particular

description of the street hereby conveyed.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Peppertree Court located in Section

Five, Peppertree II Subdivision.
