Watervalley Drive and a portion of Waterview Drive lying in Section Three of

Waterstone Subdivision has nineteen residential lots
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Watervalley Drive and that

portion of Waterview Drive lying in Section Three of Waterstone Subdivision. A

description of the property is as follows: All those lots, tracts, and parcels

of land lying and being in Land Lot 267 of the 19th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and shown as all of Watervalley Drive, and that

portion of Waterview Drive lying in Section Three of Waterstone Subdivision, as

said road and right-of-way is shown on the map or plat entitled "SECTION THREE,

WATERSTONE Lying in Land Lot 267, 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia" prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated July 18, 2003, said

recorded in Plat Book 149, page 76, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Watervalley Drive and a portion of

Waterview Drive lying in Section Three of Waterstone Subdivision.
