Background
That portion of Bunker Ridge Drive located in Section Six, Bunker Ridge has

Four residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Bunker Ridge

Drive located in Section Six, Bunker Ridge. A description of the property is

as follows: All of Bunker Ridge Drive, lying and being in Section 6, Bunker

Ridge, shown on the plat referenced as The above described roads and

right-of-ways are shown on the map or plat entitled "Lots 2, 3, 4, & 5, Block

H, Section Six, Bunker Ridge, Lying in Land Lot 4, 7th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia" dated March 30, 2005 made by Hobbs, Smith and

Associates, Inc. and recorded in Plat Book 154, Page 41, in the Office of the

Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City Funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to that portion of Bunker Ridge Drive

located in Section Six, Bunker Ridge.
