Avis Court located in Section Nineteen, Sweetwater Village has fourteen

residential lots. The street has been improved and meets required

specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Avis Court located in Section

Nineteen, Sweetwater Village. A description of the property is as follows: All

that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia, and comprising of a portion of Avis Court from the existing

right-of-way in that certain subdivision known as Section Nineteen, Sweetwater

Village, as said portions of said streets are shown upon a map or plat of said

subdivision recorded in plat book 151, folio, 71, 72, and 73 in the office of

the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.
