Background
The cul-de-sac portion of Pheasant Loop located in Section Three Quail Creek

has three residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying the cul-de-sac portion of

Pheasant Loop located in Section Three Quail Creek. A description of the

property is as follows: The cul-de-sac portion of Quail Creek lying to the

east of the existing public right of way know as Pheasant Loop as more

particularly as that certain plat entitled "Section Three Quail Creek" dated

February 22, 2005, prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., Civil

Engineers and recorded in Plat Book 154, Folio 34 in the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to the cul-de-sac portion of Pheasant

Loop located in Section Three Quail Creek.
