Background

Virginia P. Averett is requesting that the City execute a Quit Claim Deed for

all rights, title and interest the City may have in the above described dead

end right-of-way on Woodcrest Drive, in Columbus, Georgia.

Analysis

At the end of Woodcrest Drive is a 0.019-acre dead end right-of-way. It has

been determined through coordination with other departments, that the City will

not need the subject right-of-way and there are no objections to Quit Claiming

said road to Virginia P. Averett the legal owner of the property at 2115

Woodcrest Drive.
