Financial Considerations

The tax assessed appraised value of the property is $3,000.00. A Quit Claim

Deed will be used to transfer the property.

Legal Considerations

Council must approve the sale of real estate and newspaper notices shall be

published in accordance with Columbus Charter Section 7-501.

Approve the attached Resolution declaring the property surplus and authorizing
