Approval is requested to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Columbus \n \n Cycling Club wherein Columbus Cycling Club will build, maintain, and provide \n \n mountain biking trails and classes in partnership with the Columbus Parks and \n \n Recreation Department for the promoting of the sport of mountain biking.

Background

The Columbus Cycling Club through a partnership with Columbus Parks and

Recreation will build trails at no cost to the city at Flat Rock Park. This

trail will be used for mountain biking, classes and special events.

Financial Considerations

There are no costs for the City under the terms of this Memorandum of

Understanding.

Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement

Legal Considerations

Columbus Parks and Recreation may cancel this MOU at anytime and may terminate

with a thirty (30) days written notice.

Recommendations/ Actions

That the City enter into the Memorandum of Agreement with Columbus Cycling club

to build, maintain and provide mountain biking trails at Flat Rock Park.
