The streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been submitted conveying to the City, Kingsberry Street and Schley
Drive located in Section One, Moonlake Subdivision. Description of the
property is as follows: "All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying
and being in Land Lot 11, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and
being shown as all of Kingsberry Street and Schley Drive as designated on that
certain map or plat entitled "Section One, Moonlake Subdivision, Lying in Land
Lot 11, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", dated December 1,
2001, as prepared by Webb Engineering & Surveying, Inc., and recorded in Plat
Book 145, Folio 50, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee
County, Georgia."

A RESOLUTION
NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO KINGSBERRY STREET AND
RINEHART DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION ONE, MOONLAKE SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.
WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, Kingsberry Street and Rinehart Drive, located in Section One, Moonlake
Subdivision, a full description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
WHEREAS, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications
for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets and recommends acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT certain deed dated the 25th day of January, 2002, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, Kingsberry Street and Rinehart Drive located in Section One, Moonlake
Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is
hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office
of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said
deed is attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held
the
5th day of February 2002, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote
of
members of said Council.
