Background
Hidden Hills Court and a portion of Charter Oaks Circle located in Section Two

of Hidden Hills Subdivision has seventeen residential lots. The Owner has

maintained the Detention Pond since its construction. The Street and Detention

Pond have been improved and meets required specifications for acceptance by the

City.
Analysis
A deed has been submitted conveying to the City conveying Hidden Hills Court, a

portion of Charter Oaks Circle and the Detention Pond located in Section Two of

Hidden Hills Subdivision. "A description of the property is as follows: All

that tract of parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 4 of the 8th

Land District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia and being certain roads and

road right-of-ways, more particularly described as that portion of Charter Oaks

Circle, Hidden Hills Court and the Detention Pond, as shown on the map or plate

entitled "Final Plat of Hidden Hills Subdivision, Section Two, Lying in Land

Lot 4, Eighth Land District Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", dated August

29, 2003 prepared by Allen-Simpson, Inc."
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expired.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Hidden Hills Court, a portion of

Charter Oaks Circle and the Detention Pond located in Section Two of Hidden

Hills Subdivision.
