When the railroad no longer needs property along it's right-a-way they abandon
the property to the adjacent property owner. The nearest owner to Parcel "C"
is the City on Warm Springs Road. The subject property is 0.55 acres a narrow
tract of land with approximately 267 +/- feet of road frontage and
approximately 100 feet of depth. The owners of Parcel A would like to acquire
Parcel C at Fair Market Value.
