Creek Bend Ridge, Windrush Way, Portion of Travelers Way and Portion of Journey

Way located in Section Three, Kings Trail Subdivision has twenty-four

residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet required

specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Creek Bend Ridge, Windrush Way,

Portion of Travelers Way and Portion of Journey Way located in Section Three,

Kings Trail Subdivision. A description of the property is as follows: All

those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 18, 18th

District, the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and

being known and designated on that certain map or plat entitled "Section Three,

Kings Trail, Lying in Land Lot 18,. 18th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia" prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., under date of March 30,

2004, a copy of same being recorded in Plat Book 151, Folio 96, 97, 98 of the

records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Portion of Travelers Way and Portion of Journey Way located in Section Three,

Kings Trail Subdivision.
