Background

Developers-Investors, Inc. has consturcted and deeded to the City Adelaide

Drive. This street now connects with the existing street Franklin Drive.

Analysis

In order to be consistent and prevent a name change along the roadway, it is

recommended Franklin Drive be changed to Adelaide Drive. There are no existing

residences along this portion of Franklin Drive.

Financial Considerations

The City will install new street signs to reflect the name change.
