Background

Pate & Pate Land Development, Inc. has constructed and deeded to the City,

Rinehart Drive. This street now connects with the existing street Schley Drive.

Analysis

In order to be consistent and prevent a name change along the roadway, it is

recommended Schley Drive be changed to Rinehart Drive. There are not any

existing residences with address on this portion of Schley Drive.

Financial Considerations

The City will install new street signs to reflect the name changes from their

operating budget.

Council must pass an ordinance approving the name change.
