Center. The easement will allow Atmos Energy Corporation to enter upon said

land at all times for the purpose to lay, maintain, operate, remove or replace,

a gas distribution main, regulators and all necessary appurtenances. Atmos

Energy Corporation would like to ingress, egress and regress to said property
