Bunker Ridge Lane and Bunker Way Drive located in Section Five of Bunker Ridge

Subdivision has seven residential lots. The Street has been improved and meets

required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Bunker Ridge Lane and Bunker Way

Drive located in Section Five, Bunker Ridge Subdivision. A description of the

property is as follows: The above described roads and right-of-ways are shown

on the map or plat entitled "Section Five, Bunker Ridge, Lying in Land Lot 4,

7th District, Muscogee County, Georgia" dated October 30, 2003 made by Hobbs,

Smith and Associates, Inc. and recorded in Plat Book 150, Page 9, in the Office

of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expired.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
