Background
Zander Court and the portion of Leaf Brook Drive located in Section Three,

Grandtree, has Twenty-one residential lots. The streets have been improved and

meet required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Zander Court and the portion of

Leaf Brook Drive located in Section Three, Grandtree. A description of the

property is as follows: All of Leaf Brook Drive and all of Zander Court lying

in Section Three, Grandtree, as shown on the plat referenced. The roads are

shown on the map or plat entitled "Section Three Grandtree, Lying in Part of

Land Lots 27 & 38, 18th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", Prepared

by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated June 21, 2004, and recorded in Plat

Book 152, Folio 22 &23, in the public records of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Zander Court and the portion of Leaf

Brook Drive located in Section Three, Grandtree.
