School House Drive and School Court located in Section Twenty-two, Sweetwater

Village has twenty-seven residential lots. The streets have been improved and

meet required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying School House Drive and School

Court located in Section Twenty-two, Sweetwater Village. A description of the

property is as follows: All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and

being in Columbus Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising of School House

Drive and School Court in that certain subdivision known as Section Twenty-two,

Sweetwater Village, as said streets are shown upon a map or plat of said

subdivision recorded in Plat Book 151, folio 107 & 108 in the office of the

Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
