Veterans Court located in Veterans Court Center has two commercial lots with

future commercial lots available

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Veterans Court located in

Veterans Court Center. A description of the property is as follows: All that

lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 39 of the 8th

District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia and shown as ALL OF VETERANS COURT

as said road and right-of-way is shown on the map or plate entitled "Lots 1 and

2 Veterans Court Center, Part of Land Lots 39 & 42, 8th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc, dated

January 26, 2004, said plat recorded in Plat Book 151, Page 19, in the Office

of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
