located in Section One, Bridgemill has fifty-one residential lots. The street

have been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance by the

City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Bridgemill Drive, Bridge Way,

Bridgemill Way, Splendor Way, and Splendor Court located in Section One,

Bridgemill. A description of the property is as follows: All those tracts of

land situate, lying and being in Land Lots 260 and 261, 19th District, Muscogee

County, Georgia, more particularly described as All of Bridgemill drive, All of

Bridge Way, All of Bridgemill Way, All of Splendor Way and All of Splendor

Court. The above described roads are shown on the map or plat entitled

"Section One Bridgemill, lying in part of Land Lots 260 and 261, 19th District,

Columbus, Georgia", prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated 21

July 2005, and recorded in Plat Book 155, Folios 55 thru 60, in the public

records of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City Funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.
