Valley Crest Court, Valley Crest Drive located in Valley Crest Subdivision has
forty residential lots. The streets have been improved and met the required
specifications for acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Valley Crest Court and Valley
Crest Drive located in Valley Crest Subdivision and the Additional Five (5)
Foot portion of land for the widening of St. Mary's Road. A description of the
property is as follows: All those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and
being in Land Lots 146 & 147 of Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County,
Georgia and being certain roads and road right-of-ways, more particularly
described as All of Valley Crest Court, All of Valley Crest Drive and An
Additional Portion of Land for the Widening of St. Mary's Road Being Five (5')
Feet In Width, all as shown on the Subdivision plat entitled "Valley Crest,
Lying in Land Lots 146 & 147, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County,
Georgia", dated May 20, 2005, prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc.,
Civil Engineers.
